I had previously purchased it from a large chain retail jewelry store and it was very cookie cutter, not secure, not intentional work. I asked to have the stone lowered into the setting, a gallery rail added, and claw prongs. This work exceeded my expectations, everything I wanted and more. Great customer service, great work, and great turn around time. Highly recommend!
